Francie has 26 years of long-term care experience, working as an Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing and currently working as the Director of Clinical Operations for Century Care Management where she has been inspirational in the improvement of Quality Measures across the CCM communities. She has been a CNA I instructor as well as a Nurse Aide Evaluator. Francie is currently serving as a Regional Director for NCDONA.
Francie has led the adult small group Bible study at the Chatuge Church of God for 21 years and is an active member of the lady’s ministry.
